reputed company is seeking candidates for their Technology Early Career Development Program, aimed at recent college graduates interested in technology. The role focuses on providing a comprehensive technology experience, including collaboration on business problems and technology solutions, while also offering training and mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build solutions for reputed company technical issues and problems
• Participate in developing specifications, such as user stories and designs
• Write and maintain documentation to describe the program design, development, logic, coding, testing, and changes
• Foster reputed company and agile approach to software development and delivery
• reputed company unit tests and reputed company reputed company coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality
• Stay reputed company in new IT technologies
• reputed company deployments, manage reputed company integration and reputed company delivery
• Advance technical and reputed company skills by completing the learnings in the Technology Early Career Development Program curriculum
• Data mapping and cleansing of raw data, learning upstream and reputed company dependency flows and understanding the IT applications and Business needs

Skills

• Project, internship or work experience with SQL and Python
• reputed company knowledge and skills in data pipelining and reputed company technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Interest in growing skills in various technologies to become Data/reputed company Engineers
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, graduated reputed company 12 months of the program starting on 09/2026
• On reputed company to graduate in May 2026 or have graduated in December of 2025
• reputed company or reputed company experience in solving technical problems
• Experience demonstrating written, verbal and presentation communication skills with ability to communicate reputed company information
• Experience demonstrating prioritization and the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience working independently and as part of reputed company
• Eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the reputed company
• Ability to commute to the office on Tues, Wed and Thurs every week
• Currently authorized to work for any employer in the reputed company and will not require reputed company sponsorship from reputed company, now or in the reputed company
• Knowledge of project reputed company
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Proficiency in software development using at least 1 programming language
• Proficiency in data structures
