[Remote] CareIQ Scheduling Coordinator I

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a national provider of risk reputed company, and they are seeking a Medical Scheduler to join their Medical Scheduling Departments. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating and scheduling medical services for claimants while managing daily operations and ensuring reputed company care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitors and manages files using proprietary web based applications
• Identifies potential problems and trends, proposes solutions and ensures no delay in care
• Provides telephonic and written customer support services
• Documents actions and correspondence between parties
• Ensures files are complete with reputed company appropriate documentation
• Utilizes reputed company Intranet and SharePoint to remain reputed company of reputed company policies and procedures
• Requires regular and consistent attendance
• Complies with reputed company safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
• Additional duties as required

Skills

• Applicants must reputed company in the EST or CST time zones
• High School diploma
• Prior work experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
• Effective multi-tasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet designated deadlines
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office including reputed company and reputed company
