Agency Sales Leader
Farmers Insurance - Greater Phoenix is dedicated to empowering the community through comprehensive insurance solutions. They are seeking a motivated Agency Sales Leader to build client relationships, develop new business, and provide personalized insurance services.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, cold-calling, and lead databases
- Build and maintain strong networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and other professionals
- Create customized insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and close deals
- Provide personalized policy options based on client needs and goals
- Offer ongoing support and information on new products and services to customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new insurance products
- Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to continually develop your skills
Skills
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred (license assistance available)
- Ability to work independently and with urgency
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and be coachable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-driven mindset
- Previous sales or insurance experience is not required – just the drive to succeed
