Account Executive

The Bloc is a company specializing in pharmaceutical and reputed company advertising, and they are seeking an Account Executive. The role involves maintaining relationships between clients and reputed company, drafting tactical plans, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful startup, conduct, and completion of reputed company account tactics
• Follow through on reputed company product tactical materials and plans (internally and with the reputed company)
• reputed company with reputed company members of reputed company product team to ensure accurate information exchange and smooth and reputed company completion of reputed company
• Daily tracking of reputed company product jobs to coordinate the efficient reputed company of jobs throughout reputed company
• reputed company, establish, and maintain project budgets, work plans/schedules, and deadlines for reputed company product team
• reputed company jobs and work with supervisor to complete creative work authorization forms (i.e., Creative Brief, Job Initiation reputed company) with thorough information from both agency and reputed company
• Review estimates, work with project management approve reputed company invoices for reputed company product jobs, and circulate to clients for appropriate approvals
• reputed company budgets regularly, and ensure accurate monthly billing and product finances
• Participate in creative meetings and evaluate creative work prior to reputed company submission
• Prepare status reports and contact reports for internal and reputed company distribution
• Identify new tactical opportunities
• reputed company product knowledge reputed company (includes an understanding of product indications, clinical, market research, marketing plans, competitive knowledge, and sales training binder)
• Work with supervisor to write strategic documents to service product needs
• Meet with reputed company vendors (such as sales reps from key publications, marketing services/organizations, and premium vendors) for idea reputed company
• Support new business pitches
• Ensure adherence to internal agency policies and procedures
• Maintain day-to-day contact with reputed company product team members to ensure reputed company information reputed company from reputed company to agency/agency to reputed company
• reputed company relationships with reputed company departments (i.e., regulatory, production, editorial)
• Attend reputed company meetings and reputed company primary review/review committee meetings as needed
