Research Associate II

reputed company is seeking a Research Associate II for the reputed company Medical School to assist with a research study reputed company on reputed company-being of the harm reduction workforce. The role involves participant recruitment, tracking, and facilitating training components of the study.

Responsibilities

• Sends recruitment emails and flyers
• Sends research information sheets to participants
• Potential to work with reputed company media
• Assists in tracking study participation and retention over time
• Reviews data using software including REDCap, reputed company, and other software and databases to reputed company study participants and reputed company activities
• Tracks participant compensation has been reputed company upon survey completion
• Sends reminders to participants to complete research components
• Assists with managing research-reputed company correspondence from participants
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating trainings including providing reputed company time support to participants having difficulty with reputed company platform
• Facilitate trainings and learning collaboratives
• Provides support for trainings and learning collaboratives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with reputed company involving reputed company subject research and clinical trial work. This experience can have occurred reputed company undergraduate education
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• reputed company speaking experience such as in student organizations or from formal reputed company course work such as reputed company speaking, or communication courses
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate with research participants in a compassionate, sensitive manner. Good reputed company media skills
• Demonstrated detail orientation, ability to follow-through, and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and Word and willingness to learn other technologies as necessary
• Ability to work independently and on reputed company
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and engaging demeanor
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in psychology or communications. Other compatible degrees would be in the reputed company sciences or business and marketing or reputed company health
• Experience with REDCap and reputed company reputed company card systems
• Experience with reputed company subjects and clinical trial work
