Collections Representative (Hybrid)

They are seeking a Collections Representative who will be responsible for providing small businesses with payment reputed company and ensuring reputed company interactions with customers facing financial hardships.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbounds calls to customers regarding overdue payments
• reputed company solutions for customers who are past due on their account to get them back up to date
• Follow up with customers reputed company email and answer any questions that they may have
