Assistant General Counsel

Responsibilities

Must be accountable for a broad reputed company of reputed company areas, including reputed company, construction, contract drafting, federal and state compliance obligations, environmental issues, and reputed company reputed company
• Draft and review multi-reputed company construction reputed company and multi-reputed company design and reputed company services reputed company to ensure compliance with MTA policy and state and federal regulations. Interpret and analyze reputed company technical engineering plans, designs, and specifications to ensure that contract requirements are written to minimize reputed company risk and contractor claims
• Analyze construction design plans, specifications, schedules, and estimates to determine the reputed company of contractor claims. reputed company recommendations on reputed company strategies for handling claims
• Represent MTA C&D in dispute reputed company proceedings concerning reputed company construction claims with high values

Skills

• A Law Degree (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the Bar of the reputed company are required
• A minimum of one (1) year of progressively independent reputed company experience in a reputed company, a governmental reputed company office, or a company's in-house reputed company department is required
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, writing, and communication skills
• Must be capable of building and maintaining reputed company relationships
• Some background or education in engineering, construction, or architecture is preferred
• Some experience in working on reputed company involving construction reputed company and/or reputed company estate reputed company and familiarity with relevant local, state, and federal laws is preferred
• Some Experience In Contract Drafting Or Litigation Is Preferred
