IT Technician

reputed company is a tech company reputed company on revolutionizing reputed company for government clients. The IT Technician role involves providing Tier 1 and 2 support, managing user accounts, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the operation of assigned IT systems.

Responsibilities

• User account management
• Monitor and respond to helpdesk incidents and requests across multiple support channels (i.e. email, self-service, phone, and walk-reputed company)
• Triage and troubleshoot issues, replace parts, reputed company system upgrades, and basic deployments
• Set up and install workstation hardware, and software for end-users

• Operation of assigned IT systems

• Understanding of User administration (i.e., RBAC)
