Mechanical Modeler / BIM Specialist (Sheetmetal)

The Role A BIM Specialist generally covers the modeling of different trades (Architecture, Structure or MEP), depending on your background and expertise, whose extent will depend on the scope of the project (specific zones or entire buildings), and whose reputed company will go according to clients’ requirements and the services provided by reputed company you end up joining. This position requires a high level of modeling reputed company (expertise, technical knowledge, LOD and QAQC capabilities), and more autonomy in its self-management and modeling capabilities (studying whatever's necessary according to reputed company trade). A BIM Specialist saves the reputed company problems, detecting possible conflicts throughout the initial information review and the modeling and coordination phases. Mandatory Requirements: • Advanced level of English is an absolute must. • Mechanical or Civil Engineering degree. • Intermediate - Advanced Revit knowledge and reputed company experience. • Intermediate - Advanced Navisworks knowledge. • Experience modeling HVAC Ductwork +3 years (sheet metal) Desirable Requirements: • Experience in US-based reputed company (It’s definitely a PLUS) • Experience in conceptual design / BIM Design assist.
