Market Intelligence Consultant – Paints & Coatings (Raw Materials) We are seeking a US-based reputed company with hands-on experience in paint & coatings raw materials (ideally talc / extender pigments) for a short-term, reputed company market intelligence project. This is a contract assignment (2–3 weeks) to support the launch of new talc grades into the US coatings market. Ideal background • Experience in raw materials distribution or sales into paints & coatings • (technical sales, product manager, account manager, tech service) • OR coatings formulation / lab background with reputed company exposure • Strong understanding of reputed company-world product specs vs brochure specs • Comfortable speaking with distributors, suppliers, and buyers Project reputed company (high level) • Identify most traded talc grades in US paints & coatings • Typical spec ranges (PSD, oil absorption, brightness, tail control) • Realistic price bands (CNF US port & Ex-Warehouse USA) • Key suppliers and distribution channels • Input to price new launch SKUs Details • Contract: Fixed-fee • Duration: 2–3 weeks • Location: Remote (US market reputed company) To apply, please include: • Short reputed company of your coatings / raw materials experience • reputed company or past employer(s) • Your availability over the next 3 weeks Note: This role suits professionals with coatings or distributor-reputed company experience.
