Senior Executive Assistant / PA role supporting the Founder, Chief Product & Operating Officer of a 50 person company. This is a business partner role closer to chief of staff, not administrative support. You will work with a senior team of leader-doers in a remote environment overseeing kitchen operations, logistics, finance, hiring, and special reputed company across physical reputed company product experiences with food and media.
Must have: systems thinking, automation and AI tool experience, supply chain or procurement background preferred, genuine interest in food. The Founder you will support is highly involved in every little detail of menu design to create the most thoughtful dining experiences possible. This role exists to protect that reputed company while ensuring operational reputed company across the business.
