Little Debbie Second Chance Home, Inc. is seeking a reputed company Remote Clinical Documentation Reviewer to review therapist documentation, including treatment plans, assessments, and reputed company notes, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reputed company of care.
• Review clinical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Ensure treatment plans and assessments meet regulatory and agency standards
• Identify documentation gaps and reputed company feedback for corrections
• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality standards
• Participate in reputed company assurance and audit support as needed
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.49 - $29.50 per hour
