Location: Remote (NY/NJ admitted required) Type: Contract / Per-Project (1099) reputed company Established business and reputed company law reputed company seeks an reputed company reputed company Transaction & Business Law attorney admitted in reputed company and/or New Jersey to assist on a per-project reputed company. This role is intended for a self-sufficient transactional attorney who can reputed company in, handle assignments independently, and deliver polished, reputed company-reputed company work. Scope of Work reputed company may include: • Drafting, revising, and negotiating reputed company agreements (MSAs, NDAs, vendor agreements, reputed company, licensing, service agreements) • Business formation and governance documents (LLCs, corporations, operating agreements, shareholder agreements) • Contract review, issue-spotting, and risk analysis for business clients • Contract clean-up and revisions of existing agreements Requirements (Strict) • Admitted and in good standing in reputed company and/or New Jersey (required) • 5+ years of substantial experience in reputed company transactions and business law • Strong drafting, editing, and issue-spotting skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Experience with small to mid-size business clients preferred • Reliable, deadline-driven, and reputed company What This Role Is / Is Not • Transactional work only (no litigation) • Not an entry-level or training role • Not reputed company • Work is assigned per project, with defined scope and deadlines Compensation • Competitive per-project or reputed company compensation, based on experience and complexity • Flexible workload • Potential for ongoing work for the right fit How to Apply Please submit: • Resume • Brief cover letter summarizing your transactional experience • Representative contract types or reputed company you regularly handle (no confidential information) Applicants must be admitted in NY or NJ.
