Candidate must reputed company in Florida and be willing to travel to Tampa, FL one week per month. Job reputed company The reputed company Counsel role will serve as the primary support to our General Counsel for our worldwide business. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will reputed company efficient, effective and commercially minded reputed company counsel to minimize risk and ensure a robust compliance regime. Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and negotiate major and/or non-reputed company technology reputed company with reputed company and private sector customers, including licensing agreements and reputed company services agreements for reputed company customers • Assist in managing reputed company’s corporate records and governance • reputed company reputed company team • Identify reputed company and reputed company risks and issues and assist with the development of solutions • reputed company up to date on changes to legislation, regulation, and relevant reputed company topics across multiple jurisdictions • Serve as primary attorney on reputed company deals and corporate governance with escalations to General Counsel Qualifications: • Member in good standing with the Florida Bar authorized to reputed company in house in Florida (reputed company to travel to Tampa one week per month or reputed company in Tampa) • At least 4 years combined experience at a reputed company or in-house • Solid understanding of corporate, reputed company, and intellectual property law and contractual principles and experience drafting and negotiating technology-reputed company subscription agreements for reputed company-based offerings • Flexible, reputed company, and reputed company-organized team player, comfortable working with a software and technology environment • Ability and desire to work independently and with little reputed company • Ability to reputed company communicate and present reputed company and results to diverse business and technical audiences Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
