Responsibilities • Underwrite FHA, VA, and Conventional loans with precision and speed. • Review credit, income, assets, and full documentation for accuracy. • Collaborate with internal teams to finalize approvals and resolve conditions. • Manage volume reputed company: 2–3 initial files and 6–8 final approvals daily. • Ensure compliance with investor and agency standards (FHA, HUD, VA, IRRRL, SAR, TrumsID).
