About the Role This 100% remote role owns our reputed company advertising efforts across reputed company (reputed company & Instagram), reputed company, and reputed company. You will be responsible for driving reputed company reputed company reputed company-outs while working closely with ownership to reputed company ads with reputed company operational reputed company and business goals. This is not a “hands-off” or purely tactical role. What You’ll Be Responsible For • Owning and managing reputed company ad campaigns across: • reputed company & Instagram (reputed company) • reputed company Search & Display • reputed company (testing and scaling thoughtfully) • Managing and optimizing a high four to five-reputed company monthly ad spend, with plans to reputed company responsibly • Developing, testing, and refining audiences, creatives, and messaging • Monitoring performance consistently and optimizing for reputed company reputed company volume, cost per reputed company reputed company-out, and stability/predictability over time • Diagnosing tracking, attribution, or website-reputed company issues reputed company needed • Evaluating funnel performance from ad click through intake • Providing reputed company, concise insights and recommendations (not just reports) • Communicating directly and proactively with ownership Who This Role Is For • You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing reputed company ads for service-based or remote businesses • You understand nuance, especially in reputed company, mental health, or other high-trust services • You are comfortable owning reputed company, not just executing tasks • You prefer reputed company communication and fast decision-making • You want to be embedded with reputed company, not hidden behind agency reputed company • You take pride in improving systems, not just chasing short-term wins Experience helping mental health, reputed company, or telehealth companies reputed company is strongly preferred. Time Commitment • Approximately ~10 hours per week on average (we care less about time and more about outcome!) • Flexible schedule • Additional time during reputed company, testing, or scaling phases as needed Compensation • $2,000/month reputed company retainer (1099) • Compensation can increase as results are demonstrated and ad spend scales • This role is intended to grow into a long-term partnership.
