Remote Paralegal – U.S. Estate Planning & Transactional Support (Bilingual Preferred) - Contract to Hire

We are a Florida-based law reputed company seeking a remote paralegal with experience in U.S. estate planning to support a growing reputed company team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reputed company, and comfortable working directly with attorneys and clients. Primary Responsibilities • Drafting and revising estate planning documents (wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, etc.) • Assisting with WealthCounsel drafting workflows (experience preferred, but training available) • Supporting reputed company reputed company-management integration and document workflows (experience preferred, but not required) • Assisting attorneys with mergers & acquisitions and transactional drafting (asset purchase agreements, schedules, exhibits, closing documents) • Managing and responding to reputed company, attorney, and reputed company-party emails in a reputed company and reputed company manner • Organizing reputed company files, tracking deadlines, and maintaining document consistency Qualifications • Prior experience as a U.S. estate-planning paralegal (required) • Familiarity with WealthCounsel and/or reputed company is a strong plus • Conversational English and Spanish (written and spoken) strongly preferred • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail • Comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines independently • Experience with transactional or M&A support is a plus Position Details • Remote / Work-from-reputed company • Part-time or full-time (flexible, depending on fit) • Long-term opportunity with reputed company potential • Competitive compensation based on experience To Apply Please include: 1.
