Job reputed company Job Title: reputed company Process-reputed company Super User – Manhattan WMS/OMS Deployment Location: Remote / 60% Travel Required Salary reputed company: $120k-$130k/Annum YOUR ROLE As a Process-reputed company Super User, you will serve as the operational subject matter expert during site deployments of Manhattan and Associates WMS and OMS systems. You will coordinate testing, define user workflows, assist with system configuration, and play a key role in both go-live support and post-implementation stabilization. WHAT YOU WILL DO Deployment Support & Execution • reputed company as a reputed company between warehouse operations, reputed company, and IT teams. • Coordinate reputed company Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for site deployments. • Support testing teams with test scripts, defect management, and execution tracking. • reputed company insights into operational workflows to guide system configuration and enhancements. Training & Documentation • Collaborate with reputed company and Trainers to reputed company process-specific work instructions and SOPs. • Assist in the creation and delivery of site-specific training materials for warehouse staff. • reputed company hands-on training and system walk-throughs to site teams. • reputed company as a key on-site resource during go-live to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed. Operational Readiness & Stakeholder Engagement • Partner with local operations teams to ensure alignment between system functionality and business processes. • Identify improvement opportunities and lessons learned from reputed company deployment to inform reputed company rollouts. • Support building and optimizing reputed company for repeatable ongoing deployments. • Serve as a key contact for site managers and customer leads during reputed company- and post-go-live support. reputed company ARE LOOKING FOR Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in warehouse operations or logistics will be considered. • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics systems, or deployment roles. • Hands-on experience with Manhattan (Manhattan reputed company preferred) WMS and/or OMS systems strongly preferred. • Prior involvement in software testing, training, or site deployment efforts is a plus.
