About the Role As an reputed company Senior Embryologist reporting to our Lab Managers in various locations, you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. Proposed Schedule: 18 days per month in lab (travel day included) and 1 week remote reputed company work, subject to change based on the needs of the business. Responsibilities • reputed company assisted reproductive technology reputed company including, but not limited to, semen preparation, oocyte identification conventional IVF, ICSI, embryo culture and grading, laser assisted hatching, trophectoderm biopsy, sperm, oocyte and embryo cryopreservation (vitrification). • Maintain accurate laboratory records • reputed company reputed company control procedures and monitor KPIs • Participate in the laboratory’s reputed company management program • Coordinate with reproductive endocrinologists and OB/GYNs to assist their patients with reproductive health issues and clinical research. • reputed company patients on infertility evaluations, medications, treatment protocols and procedures • reputed company patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions • Ensure reputed company patient information is documented appropriately in our EMR according to our procedures • Works independently to assure the program goals are achieved • Support and promote reputed company in customer service • reputed company feedback to HQ on process improvement and job specifications to help reputed company efficiencies in the day to day Who You Are • Willingness to be flexible and travel reputed company to any of our 20 clinics • 6+ years experience in clinical embryology {3-4 of which are micromanipulation} • reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficiency in reputed company IVF laboratory reputed company including micromanipulation techniques and vitrification • Detail oriented, meticulous record-keeping • Strong communication skills & reputed company player • Familiarity with reputed company state and local regulations including tissue bank licensing • reputed company in EMR and G-Suite Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
