Job reputed company: • Work collaboratively across NBCU Cyber IAM to help drive operations reputed company • Monitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding reputed company and Waveset IGA system alerts, CyberArk and Remediant Operations, reputed company Directory and Azure (Entra ID) • Have a flexible work schedule to rotate shifts for on-reputed company schedules as needed • Learn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting services • Support Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findings • Review Application Monitoring reports and ensure adequate response and alerting • Assist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidents Requirements: • 3 or more years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: reputed company, reputed company WaveSet, CyberArk or Remediant, reputed company Directory/Entra ID Administration • IAM System Administration and troubleshooting • reputed company, JIRA, or other similar ticketing systems • reputed company / Linux / Mac Administration and configuration • Knowledge and understanding of IDPs such as PING, reputed company, Azure • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting • Basic Knowledge of SQL Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • reputed company insurance • 401(k) • reputed company leave • Tuition reimbursement • reputed company of other discounts and perks Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
