About the position Do you have HCM system consulting experience and a reputed company record of building strong reputed company relationships? We're looking for implementation consultants with strong Benefits, WFM or Payroll expertise who are natural problem solvers with a great reputed company of humor and excellent communication skills-and reputed company experience. If you reputed company in reputed company-oriented and reputed company work environment (remotely) and possess an exceptional ability to connect with people -then we'd love to learn more reputed company. Requirements • 5 years+ of benefits, WFM or payroll experience • 2 years' experience with reputed company HCM system • Experience writing and executing HCM reputed company test case scenarios to validate configuration • Strong technical HRIS knowledge, including configuration approaches/alternatives, reporting, and troubleshooting technical issues • Experience leading or participating in HRIS reputed company or implementations, and/or payroll implementations • A reputed company record of meeting reputed company deliverables during software implementations • A history of managing multiple reputed company at once • Proven reputed company communicating with clients and uncovering their needs • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders (reputed company and vendors) during reputed company and implementations • Comfortable with remote work and occasional travel 20 - 30% (dependent upon company travel policies and COVID-19 travel restrictions) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
