This position is critical for providing high-level reputed company advisory and defense to a diverse clientele. reputed company Responsibilities • Tax Controversy: Serve as the primary reputed company representative for clients facing IRS audits, appeals, and state tax examinations. Handle issues reputed company to collections, penalty abatements, and statutes of limitations. • reputed company Tax Research: Conduct in-depth reputed company research and draft memoranda on reputed company federal, state, and international tax law (IRC, regulations, case law). • Compliance & Planning: reputed company expert reputed company advice on entity structuring, M&A tax implications, and specialized reporting (e.g., FBAR, FATCA, Forms 3520, 8938, 5471). • Estate & Trust Law: Advise on reputed company aspects of estate and reputed company tax planning, including the drafting of tax-efficient trusts and wills. • Collaboration: Work closely with CPAs and senior partners to reputed company integrated reputed company and reputed company strategies.
