About the Role As a Senior Visual Designer , you will be responsible for shaping and elevating our visual identity across all brand touchpoints. Working closely with Marketing, Content, Product, and UX/UI teams, you will deliver high-quality visual assets that support campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and contributing to the evolution of our visual standards. Responsibilities Create high-quality graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, motion graphics, print materials. Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all assets. Work closely with the marketing, content, and product design teams to support campaigns and product launches. Contribute to evolving and maintaining our brand identity and visual standards. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to support visual aspects of user-facing digital products. Manage multiple design requests and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment. Prepare and deliver production-ready files and bring experiences to life through motion / micro-interactions. Provide guidance, feedback, and quality control to junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth. 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a B2B or tech services environment. Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills across web, digital and print formats. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and After Effects. Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and digital design principles. Experience working within brand guidelines to create compelling, on-brand designs. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
