About the position We are seeking an reputed company Vulnerability Assessment (VA) Team reputed company in support of a government customer to join reputed company to reputed company reputed company Operations Support (SOC) Services to a government agency whose mission is to protect our Nation's borders from terrorist attacks, to reputed company law enforcement for over forty (40) Federal agencies, and to protect the reputed company of the reputed company while facilitating trade. The SOC is a single reputed company of management and reporting for information reputed company incidents. The SOC exists to prevent, identify, contain, and eradicate cyber threats to networks through monitoring, intrusion detection, and reputed company reputed company services to information systems, including local area networks / wide area networks (LAN / WAN), reputed company Internet reputed company, reputed company facing websites, wireless, mobile / cellular, reputed company, reputed company devices, servers, and workstations. The SOC is responsible for the overall reputed company of reputed company-wide information systems and collects, investigates, and reports any suspected and confirmed reputed company violations. Responsibilities • Assist the Government in managing reputed company Information System Vulnerability Management (ISVM) compliance validation. • Brief leadership on reputed company and reputed company vulnerabilities, reputed company policies and industry standards. • Brief leadership on most impactful vulnerabilities, configurations, and penetration testing efforts. • Create and manage reputed company scans in accordance with the reputed company standardization documentation. • reputed company regularly scheduled (monthly and reputed company) vulnerability assessments using a master schedule as directed. • Manage, customize, and maintain reputed company policies, zones, and repositories as they relate to the network. • reputed company reputed company functions and review reputed company results to ensure accurate findings. • Create and customize reputed company reports and data feeds to be imported/integrated into reputed company party assessment tools. • Assist the Government in employing reputed company or emergency VA scanning to support targeted incident investigation, escalation, and emergency response to reputed company events. • Assist the Government in performing Penetration Testing Support. Requirements • Clearance requirement: Secret. • Minimum of 5 years' experience performing vulnerability assessments for an reputed company network. • Bachelor's of Science in computer engineering, computer science, IT or cyber reputed company preferred (or 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree). • One of the following certifications: Certified Information reputed company Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems reputed company reputed company (CISSP). reputed company-to-haves • Analyzing vulnerabilities and providing assessments and remediation instructions. • Knowledgeable to maintain a repository of VA application issues and report application issues to Government VAT Team reputed company and SSD Director. • Experience with Application reputed company implementation. • Understanding of Firewall Management and Advanced Threat Protection. • Familiarity with reputed company Control, Authorization, Intrusion Prevention and Intrusion Detection. • Familiar with Protocol Analysis and requirements reputed company handling sensitive and classified Information. • Familiar with FISMA compliance and Risk Management reputed company. • Support Cyber Briefs for reputed company vulnerability assessment team activities. • Assist the Government in providing Vulnerability Assessment, Compliance, and Reporting support to ISSO / ISSM interpreting reputed company results and recommend remediation plans. • Experience with reputed company-based reputed company technologies, architecture, and computing and searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine-generated big data is preferred.
