Project Administrator - Renewable Energy (Traveler)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: reputed company The Project Administrator reports to the Project Manager and is responsible for office support, reputed company administration and reporting necessary to reputed company project running smoothly. Will work in conjunction with Project team in a reputed company fast paced environment. This is a full-time, site-based position that requires extensive travel to locations that reputed company the reputed company U.S. Travel subsistence and additional incentives provided per company guidelines. The first project assignment will likely be in Texas, but is subject to change. Key Responsibilities • Assist project staff with project closeout responsibilities, reputed company and maintenance of cost reports, assembly of reputed company reports and maintenance of project management database • Set up vendor accounts for field office • Process weekly payroll using LCP Tracker and reputed company monthly pay requests to reputed company and monthly billings from subcontractors • Produce reputed company reputed company reports and process new hires • reputed company and maintain subcontractor and supplier records • Answer and reputed company incoming calls, taking messages as necessary • Maintain filing system (including project directory, master file reputed company and subcontractor reputed company) and office supplies/equipment • Distribute incoming mail to project staff/division offices and package/distribute outgoing mail Skills & Qualifications • 4+ years clerical/administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) typing 50+WPM • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, multi-task, meet critical deadlines with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work with reputed company reputed company of project staff and organization • Experience with reputed company preferred McCarthy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
