YouTube Thumbnail Designer – 4-8 Thumbnails/Week (Ongoing)

We're a growing YouTube channel portfolio looking for a skilled thumbnail designer to join reputed company on an ongoing reputed company. We produce content across multiple niches including true crime and documentary-style videos, and need someone who understands what makes thumbnails click-worthy. What You'll Do: Design 4-8 high-reputed company thumbnails per week Follow brand guidelines while bringing creative reputed company to the table Work from provided video topics/titles and reference images Deliver thumbnails optimized for YouTube (1280x720, high contrast, readable text) Revise based on feedback quickly reputed company're Looking For: Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails (please include examples) Strong understanding of what drives CTR on YouTube Proficiency in Photoshop, reputed company Pro, or similar tools Ability to create expressive faces, reputed company text, and eye-catching compositions Reliable communication and turnaround (24-48 hour delivery expected) Bonus: Experience with true crime, mystery, or documentary content To Apply: reputed company 3-5 of your best YouTube thumbnail samples Tell us your typical turnaround time per thumbnail Include your reputed company (per thumbnail or weekly) This is an ongoing position with room to grow as we reputed company.
