**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Sales and Account Management, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining a deep understanding of the assigned Account Manager's travel plans and business activities to ensure seamless support and sales growth.
* Processing, confirming, monitoring, and managing customer orders through our PSG system, while communicating effectively with customers to meet or exceed company objectives.
* Building and maintaining profitable existing customer relationships through direct contact, indirect contact, paper and/or electronic resources, and personal initiative.
* Developing and fostering a positive, collaborative working relationship with the assigned Account Manager to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Scheduling sufficient time to understand the business model, objectives, and anticipated product needs of assigned customers to provide tailored support and sales solutions.
* Quoting sales prices and credit terms based on the needs, goals, and objectives of our company, while presenting marketing materials, advertising programs, new products, and value-added services to existing customers.
* Collecting, disseminating, and storing competitor information, market news, new product information, and related data to stay ahead of the competition and meet the anticipated needs of our company.
* Selling all products and processing all orders with attention to profit, volume, and value-added elements to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Conveying price quotations to customers and preparing internal reports as required to ensure accurate and timely communication.
* Being aware of customer payment performance to ensure timely and efficient payment processing.
* Attending and participating in staff meetings, sales meetings, training events, and product seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
* Creating customer sales forecasts and project pipelines as requested by the company to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

* Properly filling out and maintaining customer profiles, company files, order forms, and documents as required.
* Submitting daily planner/call reports, sales plans for existing customers, forecasts, and customer activity reports in a timely manner.
* Submitting new customer credit applications on behalf of the assigned Account Manager.
* Being proficient in the use of computer programs and other systems to effectively conduct business.
* Analyzing and monitoring data to effectively manage customer accounts and drive sales growth.

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Sales and Account Management, you'll need to:

**Qualifications**
To perform this job successfully, you'll need to:
* Possess the intellectual and physical capabilities necessary to be trained to accomplish all items listed in this job description.
* Have a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma as a minimum.
* Communicate accurately and effectively in all standard business communication mediums using the English language.
* Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, including calculating percentages, interest, proportions, discounts, circumference, and volume using readily available office equipment.
* Have the ability to solve reasonably anticipated general business problems, including those containing more than one variable.
* Possess the physical requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, including sitting, using hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and talking or hearing.
**Work Environment**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Sales and Account Management, you'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that includes:
* General office workspace(s)
* Factory floor space that may include working near manual and automatic devices/equipment used in the manufacture, processing, packaging, storage, transportation, and conveyance of a myriad of products.
* Warehouse or other storage spaces that may be air-conditioned and/or heated, cooled (refrigerated locker), freezing (freezer locker), or ambient temperature.
* Ground and air transport equipment.
* Travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
