**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers.
* Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services.
* Supporting customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, reputed company, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries, and other duties as required.
* Engaging Tier 3 support (network and IT), reputed company-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues, service faults, and reputed company customer reputed company.
* Handling wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and reputed company-reputed company service.
* Troubleshooting and resolving various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, spanning multiple networks and reputed company.
* Getting customers up and running with the latest products and services, including reputed company cards, USB devices, and reputed company-provided software & applications.
