AI Automation Developer for Gemini API & Workflow Automation
We are a recruitment agency looking for a skilled developer to help us automate our daily operations using Google Gemini API and Google Apps Script (GAS).
We have several automation ideas to reduce the workload. We are looking for a long-term partner who can build these systems one by one.
Project Overview: Our goal is to integrate AI into our workflow to improve efficiency.
List of Planned Projects: We want to build the following systems (in priority order):
AI Job Matching System:
Input: Candidate data & Job Database.
Action: AI analyzes and suggests the "Top 5 best-fitting jobs" with generated reasons for recommendation.
Communication Bot:
Input: Messages from candidates
Action: Save history to Google Sheets, understand context, and draft 3 reply options to choose from.
Technical Requirements:
- Expertise in Google Apps Script (GAS) and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with LLMs (Google Gemini API, OpenAI API).
- Ability to handle Spreadsheets/Databases for data storage.
How we work:
We prefer to start with one project (e.g., the Bot or Resume Tool).
If successful, we will proceed with the other projects.
