Sr. Auditor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Senior Auditor to join reputed company in Alabama. This role involves conducting tax and regulatory reviews, identifying reputed company discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with state and local tax laws. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in reputed company or auditing with a reputed company on attention to detail. This position offers hybrid or remote flexibility. Responsibilities: • Examine taxpayer financial records to verify compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. • Conduct research to identify examination leads and schedule appointments with taxpayers. • Prepare for audits by analyzing tax returns, prior reports, and other relevant data. • Meet with taxpayers to explain procedures, answer questions, and collect necessary information. • Analyze business and financial records to identify discrepancies and compute tax assessments. • Document findings, prepare supporting papers for adjustments, and discuss results with taxpayers or their representatives. • Conduct closing conferences with taxpayers to review audit findings and secure agreement on proposed changes. • Travel as required to reputed company audits and complete assigned tasks. • Stay up-to-date on tax laws to enhance expertise and ensure accurate audits. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company is required. • Proven experience with state and local tax regulations is essential. • Certification or licensure in auditing or reputed company, such as CRE, CPA or equivalent, is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and proficiency in analytical tasks. • Familiarity with corporate reputed company and finance is preferred. • Experience working with state or local reputed company departments or compliance audits is advantageous. • Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company systems is required. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. reputed company is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly reputed company job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
