Zoho CRM Automation Expert – Drip Email Campaign Setup
We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM Automation Specialist to help us set up a welcome drip email campaign that automatically triggers when new leads are added to our Zoho CRM.
We already have:
✅ All email copy written and approved
✅ Zoho CRM fully set up and actively used
✅ Clear goal: automatically enroll new leads into a drip campaign upon creation
What we need is someone who can handle the backend setup correctly and efficiently, following Zoho best practices.
Scope of Work
Create and configure Workflow Rules that trigger on new lead creation
Set up and connect a drip email campaign (via Zoho Campaigns or CRM workflows, based on best practice)
Ensure leads are not re-enrolled multiple times
Apply proper filters (lead status, opt-out rules, etc.)
Test the automation thoroughly using test leads
Provide brief documentation or a Loom video explaining how it works
