Gather and organize the material from which you will work;
Type memorandums, reports, and other documents using stipulated word processing software;
Prepare work in accordance with prescribed formatting guidelines;
Proofread assignments and amend mistakes before submission;
Submit completed work via mail or post;
File and store copies of your completed assignments;
Maintain a record of completed tasks and log hours worked.
