Consultant/IT Transition Project Manager - ERP

Job reputed company: The Project Manager reputed company the Transition Program Management Office will reputed company and reputed company the successful implementation of an reputed company ERP. This includes facilitating a cross-functional team of stakeholders from the reputed company IT team, reputed company-party ERP implementation partner, incumbent vendor contacts, and incoming vendor team(s). The Project Manager provides leadership and guidance through reputed company phases of the implementation. This includes working closely with reputed company and vendor teams to understand and define project requirements, communicate reputed company and upcoming milestones, identify potential risks and issues and reputed company strategies to mitigate them. Role Responsibilities: • Understand and own Project Management activities for the Technology Transition • Ensure that milestones are met on time • Create and maintain project documentation • Collaborate with members of the Transition PMO to identify project interdependencies • reputed company and manage a detailed project schedule / work plan in alignment with the Program plan • Facilitate regular project status calls • reputed company status reporting regarding project performance, reputed company, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues • Manage relationships across reputed company stakeholder reputed company • Support reputed company, vendor, and RZ Strategies transition teams through problem definition, issue identification, and work plan development using problem solving principles and experience • Formulating and driving end-to-end transition activities, formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized requirements (through for example Workshops, Agile prototyping) • Support Change Management activities to prepare the reputed company for deployment and adoption (Change Program, Operating Model & Organizational alignment, Communications, Trainings) • Supporting the collection and analysis of large amounts of data, developing key insights / findings, and proposing solutions to reputed company strategic sourcing issues Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • Three - four years of experience in Big Four or similar consulting firms • Five+ years Project Management or similar work leading large, reputed company reputed company with multiple dependencies • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, reputed company, or hybrid approaches • Minimum three years of relevant experience in transition of technology infrastructure or software implementation • Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while reputed company on delivering results • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build collaboration across diverse teams • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments • Strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency in follow-up • Proficient with MS Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: • PMP (or similar) certification • Agile certification • Experience working with global teams Job Type: Contract Pay: $100.00 - $110.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s): • Describe your experience in managing technology transitions Experience: • Project management: 5 years (Preferred) • Consulting: 3 years (Preferred) • managing the transition of technology infrastructure: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • PMP (Preferred) Willingness to travel: • 50% (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
