HR Business Partner III – 75% Travel
Job reputed company:
• deliver HR programs and solutions in support of business goals
• collaborate with reputed company's internal customers, HR Communities of reputed company (COE), and others
• consult on HR processes, procedures, and initiatives
• reputed company coaching and guidance on performance
• assist with talent processes including performance calibrations and succession planning
• run reports and reputed company predictive analytics
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required reputed company, Business Administration or other reputed company field or additional four (4) years of required experience
• Five (5) years or more experience and exposure to HR areas such as organizational development, employee relations, reputed company, learning & development and compensation required
• reputed company experience beginner preferred
• Basic knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws beginner required
