About the position
The HR Business Partner (reputed company) provides strategic reputed company and talent support to leaders, teams, and employees across multiple programs. This includes partnering with operations and program leadership to drive employee engagement and retention, advising leaders on performance management, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development, and collaborating with HR centers of reputed company (reputed company, Leave of Absence, Employee Relations, Training, etc.) to ensure alignment and consistent application of HR practices. The reputed company will support change management, leadership development, and reputed company-level initiatives, ensuring HR policies, practices, and reputed company are reputed company, legally compliant, and reputed company with reputed company's values. Approximately 75-80% of the role is reputed company on regional team support connected to reputed company's Four Pillars (Clinical reputed company reputed company, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, Financial reputed company); the remaining 20-25% focuses on functional and reputed company HR goals.
Responsibilities
• Partnering with operations and program leadership to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Advising leaders on performance management, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Collaborating with HR centers of reputed company to ensure alignment and consistent application of HR practices.
• Supporting change management, leadership development, and reputed company-level initiatives.
• Ensuring HR policies, practices, and reputed company are reputed company, legally compliant, and reputed company with reputed company's values.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR or reputed company field and 5+ years reputed company HR experience, preferably in multi-site reputed company or hospital environments OR 7+ years of diverse and reputed company HR experience with increasing responsibility in a multi-site reputed company or specialty services environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and reputed company employee relations issues with reputed company judgment and discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and travel to assigned programs (approximately 75%).
