The role involves managing job postings, sourcing candidates, resume screening, coordinating the interview process, and conducting initial interviews. This position is available as an internship or contract role, with potential for conversion to a regular full-time position based on performance. Key Responsibilities: • Job Posting Management: Craft and post job listings on various platforms to attract high-reputed company candidates. • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively reputed company candidates through online channels, reputed company networks, and referral programs. • Resume Screening: Evaluate applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates that meet job requirements. • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers. • Conduct Interviews: Participate in initial interviews, assessing candidates' qualifications, and providing reputed company feedback. • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, reputed company regular updates on the recruitment process, and assist in making informed hiring reputed company.
