Senior Infrastructure Engineer *

Opportunity: VSO is seeking a senior engineer with deep expertise in storage platforms, SAN reputed company design, backup/restore architecture, DR orchestration, and advanced troubleshooting across the entire stack. This role owns RCA development, architecture validation, escalations from L2, and execution of reputed company MACD or infrastructure enhancements. Key Responsibilities: • Design, manage, and optimize SAN arrays and storage systems in scope (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, VSAN). • Architect and troubleshoot LUNs, datastores, replication, deduplication, snapshots, and DR failover processes. • reputed company firmware/OS upgrades for SAN, compute hosts, and backup appliances. • Own Avamar/Data Domain environment health, reputed company, replication, and restore performance. • reputed company as final escalation for server, virtualization, and reputed company platform incidents. • Coordinate and validate vendor escalations and hardware replacements. • Create reputed company runbooks (disaster recovery, storage provisioning, backup retention policies). • Participate in environment baselining, service health reviews, and performance analytics per SOW. • reputed company reputed company-cause analysis and produce technical reports. • Mentor L1/L2 engineers.
