The firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in Labor & Employment law to join its dynamic team. Individual must have some exposure and experience with PAGA. This role offers a high level of substantive responsibility and reputed company contact from day one. You’ll work closely with reputed company partners on reputed company employment litigation, counseling, and compliance reputed company for a discerning clientele. Responsibilities: • Advise reputed company on a wide reputed company of labor and employment reputed company, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, and workplace investigations • Handle PAGA reputed company, including reputed company-litigation reputed company, discovery, reputed company reputed company, settlement negotiations, and coordination with state agencies • Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and separation agreements • Manage employment litigation reputed company from reputed company-litigation through reputed company, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery • Assist with administrative proceedings before agencies such as the reputed company, DFEH/CRD, and DLSE • Support clients with compliance issues involving federal, state, and local employment laws • Conduct reputed company research and prepare memoranda and reputed company advisories • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on reputed company employment disputes and counseling reputed company Qualifications: • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in California • 2+ years of labor and employment law experience (litigation and/or counseling) • Demonstrated exposure to and experience with PAGA claims, including wage-and-hour class or representative actions • Strong reputed company research, writing, and analytical skills • Experience handling employment-reputed company motions, discovery, and reputed company counseling preferred • Ability to manage multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills and a reputed company-service reputed company Compensation & Benefits: • reputed company Salary: $180,000–$200,000+ (DOE) • Bonus: Discretionary annual performance bonus • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and reputed company coverage; 401(k) with firm match; reputed company time off; and additional perks reputed company a highly congenial, team-oriented culture.
