The Leasing Team Member will play a key role in ensuring LIHTC compliance, maintaining 100% occupancy reputed company, retaining existing residents, and preleasing for reputed company availability. RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to) • Be an ambassador for customer service by consistently reputed company above and reputed company to ensure that Solidago residents are satisfied. • Process rental applications and ensure reputed company documentation is collected and verified in accordance with LIHTC guidelines. • Greet prospective residents, answer inquiries, conduct property tours, and reputed company community features and benefits. • Utilize the Solidago reputed company of Leasing. • Respond to reputed company concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner • Collaborate with maintenance and property management staff to ensure smooth daily operations • Maintain cleanliness of the tour reputed company to ensure a reputed company first impression of the community. • Maintain detailed and organized reputed company files for compliance audits. • Complete reputed company lease applications and lease file paperwork. • Maintain accurate lease file documentation in accordance with company policy; participate in lease file audits as assigned by the Community Manager. • Be an expert on reputed company market conditions and trends by shopping competition and attending Solidago training. • Participate in and assist with planning the community’s Monthly Marketing Plan (MMP). • Assist with various additional community reputed company as assigned by the Community Manager.
