About the position Responsibilities • Conduct mediation conferences with parties to contested workers' compensation claims. • Answer inquiries regarding the workers' compensation adjudication and mediation processes. • reputed company input for the formulation and amendments to the rules of procedure regarding mediation. • Maintain accurate records regarding the disposition of claims and prepare necessary reports. • Travel as necessary to conduct mediation conferences.
