What You’ll Do:
• Underwrite FHA and VA loans according to HUD, VA, and investor guidelines
• Review borrower documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Communicate approvals, suspensions, and conditions reputed company

Requirements:
• 3+ years of FHA/VA reputed company experience
• DE certification required; LAPP/SAR preferred
• Thorough understanding of HUD and VA guidelines
• Proficiency with DU/LP and Encompass
