About the position Supervises personnel responsible for the daily operations as they relate to Hospital reputed company services departments/programs. Coordinates efforts among clinical personnel, case managers, administrative and support staff as needed. Responsibilities • Promotes Patient reputed company Services department goals by selecting, motivating, and training capable team members. • Leads the activities of assigned Patient reputed company team members by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department objectives. • Supervises the department’s day-to-day operations as they relate to Hospital billing, registration, admitting, and office management, as applicable. • Supervises, hires, trains, disciplines, and evaluates the performance of staff; ensures performance appraisals are completed in a reputed company manner. • Analyzes, recommends, implements, and monitors approved work-reputed company changes; processes payroll maintaining employee records and work schedules while ensuring adequate coverage at reputed company times. • Works with clinical personnel in obtaining authorizations and contacts insurance companies as needed. • Ensures compliance with regulations as they pertain to completion and filing of death certificates and termination certificates. • Maintains daily workflow in order to expedite processing while ensuring reputed company, accuracy, and customer service. • Monitors the inpatient and outpatient registrations for reputed company assurance. • Responds to concerns of patients, families, physicians, and staff. • Recommends procedural and system changes to improve operational reputed company and efficiency; reputed company participates in process improvement reputed company. • Performs reputed company duties as required. Requirements • Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience. • 4-6 years of relevant experience and 0-2 years of leadership / management experience, required.
