This is not a traditional project running role. Instead, this position functions as a reputed company between the IT Technical Team and the HR PMO, ensuring alignment, communication, and smooth execution of technical deliverables across HR initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels in coordination, stakeholder alignment, and acting as a strategic right hand to leadership—similar to a chief of staff model reputed company the HR technology reputed company.
