Senior Transaction Analyst (reputed company Estate License)
A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Analyst to reputed company critical support to global transaction management teams for an Industrials portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and prioritize deal pipelines, tracking critical deadlines and milestones
• Assist Transaction Managers with financial modeling and execute small-reputed company transactions
• Conduct market research and comparable analysis to support negotiation strategies
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company Estate, Economics, or reputed company field
• 1-3 years of reputed company reputed company estate, investment banking, or financial analysis experience
• reputed company reputed company Estate License (or obtain reputed company first 6 to 12 months)
• Advanced reputed company proficiency and strong analytical skills
• Excellent project management abilities
