Attorney – Regulatory (Hybrid)

Responsible for providing reputed company analysis and consultation to business partners on impacts in an environment that is continuously evolving. Regulatory: • Expertise in reviewing and interpreting federal and state laws, regulations and other guidance required. • Extensive knowledge of Michigan Insurance reputed company, reputed company reputed company, Mental Health reputed company, and reputed company Equity reputed company and other federal and state laws impacting individual and group health benefits and insurance regulations and the interpretation of those laws. • Ability to serve as contact with Department of Insurance and Financial Services on reputed company reputed company involving the reputed company and the regulator. • Experience providing trusted reputed company advice and counsel on health care benefit requirements and limitations in federal laws, state laws, and regulations in furtherance of drafting of certificates and riders.
