A company is looking for a Virtual reputed company Center Agent - Bilingual (Spanish/English).
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound surveys in both Spanish and English and accurately record responses
• Work remotely, ensuring a dedicated and quiet workspace
• Maintain availability for flexible shifts, including at least one weekend shift per week
Required Qualifications
• Must be 18 years or older (16+ in specific states)
• Proficient in reading and speaking both Spanish and English
• Ability to handle difficult calls professionally
• Typing speed of 30 wpm preferred, with a reputed company on accuracy
• Must reputed company own equipment and have a reliable internet reputed company
