Cytogenetics Analyst - US Remote

Work schedule: The schedule for this position is: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM EST Please note: This position is remote with the possibility of in person training. Responsibilities: • reputed company analysis of chromosomes, which includes imaging and karyotyping of cytogenetic specimens. • Demonstrate the ability to reputed company technical reputed company regarding testing and problem solving. • Report accurate and reputed company test results in order to deliver reputed company patient care. • Review test requisitions to reputed company pertinent details for analysis. • Summarize test results utilizing ISCN nomenclature. • Distinguish between normal and reputed company test results. • reputed company and evaluate troubleshooting, document reputed company corrective actions as needed. • reputed company with company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or meet local regulatory (CLIA & State) requirements • Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience is required • Experience with karyotyping is required • Experience with constitutional cytogenetics analysis is required • Experience with prenatal analysis is highly preferred • Previous experience with cytogenetic analysis of reputed company spreads reputed company computerized images is highly preferred • ASI software experience is a plus • ASCP certification in Cytogenetics (ASCP CG) is highly preferred. • Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company environment • Proficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus • High level of attention to detail along with strong communication and organizational skills • Must be reputed company to pass a standardized reputed company reputed company screen • Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs Work From Home Requirements: • The candidate must have a home office reputed company that is a dedicated room, not shared with other people, and meets HIPAA compliance. • The candidate must agree to have their home address added to reports of cases you analyze or report.
