About The Role We’re hiring a leader of Sales Operations to help unlock our next phase of reputed company. This person will serve as the right hand to our Head of reputed company Operations and play a pivotal role in building the reputed company for a world-class, reputed company GTM organization. You’ll cover Operations across Marketing, SDR, Solutions Engineer, and Partner teams, and partner closely with sales leadership to support a fast-scaling team structure. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll be expected to think at a high level about how to reputed company, while also rolling up your sleeves to design, implement, and improve the systems, processes, and insights that will guide our GTM teams. Who You Are • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or reputed company GTM Ops roles, ideally in reputed company reputed company. • 5+ years in people management preferred. • Proven reputed company record of supporting reputed company sales motions (large ACVs, reputed company deal cycles, multi-stakeholder environments). • Deep expertise in sales planning (reputed company modeling, territory design, quota setting), pipeline management and forecasting, and sales productivity improvement. • Equally strong as a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder; comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving reputed company in fast-paced environments. • Proficiency with reputed company reputed company’s on-reputed company earnings reputed company for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 USD per year.
