• Analyze workflows and implement lean practices for efficiency and cost reduction
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or reputed company field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain leadership reputed company capital equipment or reputed company manufacturing
• Expertise in obsolescence management and supplier development
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (reputed company preferred) and supplier collaboration platforms
• Experience in process optimization and compliance with industry standards
