About the Role

In this Technical Product Management role, you will be responsible for deeply understanding the processes, complex systems ecosystem, and interpersonal networks that our salespeople navigate every day. Your mission will be to identify key areas for investment and develop globally scaled products that help our salespeople become the world's best. You will have a deep understanding of sales and sales operations, as well as the various technologies that power them, and be able to bring those technologies to bear at scale to solve a wide range of problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into the lives of our salespeople to identify key areas for investment and develop globally scaled products that help them be the world's best salespeople
  • Deeply understand the processes, complex systems ecosystem, and interpersonal networks that our salespeople navigate every day
  • Identify ways to simplify, accelerate, or otherwise force multiply the effectiveness of our salespeople
  • Write press releases that imagine what we would say to customers on the release date of a new product to ensure we build the right solutions
  • Ideate, incubate, and iterate on ideas until they are ready to present to leadership for review, acceptance, and funding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management experience, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
  • A strong technical background and proven track record of product management
  • Experience cutting through ambiguity and driving strategy through influencing executive leadership
  • A self-starter mindset, approaching complex business questions with data and curiosity
  • The ability to dive below the surface to identify the root cause and "so what" rather than just superficial trends

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

  • Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
  • A strong understanding of sales and sales operations, as well as the various technologies that power them

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive and reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to base pay, we offer a range of benefits, including:
